I really like the size and the features of this case. I have a rear 120mm radiator exhaust fan and two front 120mm intake fans, and there seems to be decent (but not great) airflow based on my temperatures. Very quiet at idle, and reasonably noisy under load. Cable management was tricky but doable after smooshing the side panel shut, which will leave a permanent imprint in the sound-dampening foam.
I docked one star for the following reasons: 1) would have liked another ~1/8" behind the mobo tray for cable management, 2) top panel arrived without one of the magnets that hold it in place, and 3) their website claimed that the case came with 2 XtraFlo fans, which have 4-pin PWM headers, but the case instead arrived with completely different 3-pin fans. The customer service rep. said it was a marketing error, which is irritating because the fans were a selling point.

Other reviews are dead-on. It works reasonably well in most ways but isn't that great. Price was right after rebate and it'll be used in a shared office environment, so can't really complain much.
Pros: - Everything fits well. - Goes together easily. - Positive-pressure design with filters at all the points where air would enter.
Cons: - Despite the name and the foam padding, not all that quiet. Not bad, but noisier with similar equipment than my Silverstone PS-07. - Cable management sucks. Basically no space behind the motherboard tray for any large cables. - Fans are not Xtra-Flo fans. They have a similar impeller design but are non-PWM and loud, which sort of defeats the point of a quiet case. I replaced them.

This is a decent sleeper case..fit what i wanted well. (2) 3.0 USB in the front, card reader too. No issues with build quality. As others mentioned, cable management can be a pain. I spent a good deal of time routing everything properly & even then it was soooo tight at the very end of it all. Just realize its possible to use this case well, it simply requires some more planning & patience than others. For the low price i got it, it was worth it.

This is a good small case, with a few limitations.
There is BARELY enough room for even the most basic cable management. 24-pin Motherboard cable doesn't fit behind the m/b tray, without some serious squashing of the rear panel, and any non-ribbon cables will struggle to fit.
A lack of rubber mounts for mechanical drives makes this otherwise quiet case louder than it needs to be, and to add to the noise, one of the included fans had significant coil whine while operating.
But for the price, it does the job of being a relatively quiet mATX system

Should have been wider for cable management & doesn't have great airflow. Doesn't support <100 milimeter fans.

I bought this case because I wanted something similar to an N200 form factor, and this case is exactly so but doesn't have the discussing front panel. It does introduce some "silence" features that don't seem to do very much since I leave the side panel off most of the time.
Cable management is a little tight but looks very good once finished.

Very well laid out, and extremely quiet. Insulates noise from case fans very well. Temps haven't gotten high enough to see how much it insulates the heat.
