from completed build I rebuilt an old friend.
The best gift they could give me, silent, incredible, and from time to time I dust it off, I really hope it lasts me a lifetime. The cable management is not the best the first time, however, with practice and a bit of plastic straps you can get it right.
from completed build Remachine XV
Quality budget unit. Just make sure you have a decent amount of wattage headroom.
from completed build Xeon Covid-19 fail
Old version was certified and tested at 40 celcius unlike the newer version which is rated at 25 degrees or so. knocked a star for the downgrade made over time. Otherwise it's a robust psu. Don't go down to 400w it's totally different and NOT as robust as this one.
from completed build My First Build
It ran a stock i7-7700k and an overclocked 1060 6gb, but I didn't dare go higher. If you're building a system and plan to upgrade it, aim for at least 500W. If its just a simple browsing PC that has an APU, then a 430W is enough
from completed build Build Title BLUE
Nothing really to comment on here just a plain non modular power supply that fit with my build and was cheap.
from completed build The Blue Dissapointment
I am going to give this the title of my favorite budget psu on the market. All the necessary cables (including 1x 6+2pin which most cheaper psu's don't have). Only thing was I wish it was atleast 80+ Bronze Certified, not just 80+, but what do you expect for $25?
from completed build Lost Planet
After nearly 5 years, still a reliable power supply. My only gripe is that it's 80+ and so doesn't have a metallic sticker (like Bronze, Gold, Platinum, Titanium, etc.).
from completed build Old NAS/Plex Server
Quality components inside this PSU according to experts. It's been running for over 3 years 24/7 with no issues.
from completed build Idiot Box
Total space heater with a GTX 760. I have used this PSU for a year but with the card installed, it disappoints me with very hot exhaust air when I feel the rear of the PC. It can run a GTX 760, but it will limit future expansion. It should stay within 80+ efficiency even when both the CPU and GPU are stressed as the combo probably draws about 300-320W under load.
