    overclocking leaves a whole lot to be desired but this thing does perform like a beast right out of the box. it appears EVGA didnt bin their chips though so you can wind up with a faster founders edition if you win the silicon lottery

    Out of the box this card boosted to 1,999Mhz. at Idle it sits at 38-40 degrees, and I haven't seen it go over 50 degrees yet. though I haven't been keeping an eye on it because I can't even hear the fans over my Kraken x62's fans.
