A bit noisy at 12v, but works fine at 7v. Since I've got a pretty entry level system, it's enough to draw fresh air in and help cool the CPU, GPU and storage.

I got rid of two of my old fans that I don't use from a 4 pack.

It was a left over from my previous build, definitely good addition to the top of my PC. Quiet as a whistle.

Cheap but effective. If you just need a little extra airflow and don't care how it looks, it's hard to beat a four-pack of these.

They're cheap and do the job. I don't care that much about silence, but these seem to stay pretty quiet.

I'm sure I could get much quieter fans but it's hard to be for a 4 pack at $13

Dirt cheap and works pretty good. Keeps my smaller case cool and are very quiet.

My only complaints are the ketchup and mustard cables and how noisy they are. They aren't super noisy, but they do add more noise than the stock fans. When I play games with earphones or with speakers, I don't even notice the sounds. Obviously the more fans you put, the louder your system would be. Plain and simple. You can spend more on cool RGB fans or quieter fans if you want, but these get the job done and are a really good deal for the price I paid.
