Great motherboard, was going to go with the Z170-A but wasn't available and this was open box and only slightly more expensive. Easily overclocks and has plenty of connectivity, just with there were more Usb 2 headers that would have enabled me to use Hue+ and Grid without the need for an expansion unit

5 Way optimization. As JJ from Asus would quote it. Great value for money and definitely does what it intends. Be sure to keep everything updated in the bios to further have your system nice and healthy.

Solid motherboard, has lights in the bottom left above the audio chip. Brilliant overclocking capabilities and amazing fan control. I love the UEFI BIOS, it adds something great to the build. For a cheaper alternative; the Z170-A is good. If you want to spend more money, check out the Z170 Deluxe, has dual ethernet. Comes with USB 3.1 and Type-C. I like to set my CPU fan to "Turbo" setting and max out my case fans.

Only comment would be a lack of USB at the rear, but I bought it for the asthetics so I can;t complain.

This motherboard has been great. The BIOS is pretty easy to use and it has most of the features I need.

The mother board is doing its job. I updated the BIOS immediately. It didn't automatically set my memory to the clock speed it was rated at, but I did get it changed though I'm not sure I liked or understood the process of doing so. It seemed to know what the memory clock and timing should be, but I had to choose them as some sort of XMP profile that wanted to OC the processor to 4.2ghz at the same time. The LEDs on the board are weird making a line between the to PCIE slots, but they would be totally covered if you had two graphics cards.

Nice bios and all the inputs I need. Also has some white parts which is why I chose it!

No problem at all, nice UEFI, intuitive to learn how to overclock, and very clear in its manual Nice performance, no issues at all.

It seems it's loading the default configuration of the BIOS when the pc is powered up, but it must be because the profile wasnt saved.
