Good price to performance when brought but now not as much due to Nvidia has released the 900 series.

from completed build Thermaltake Dragon Core V1

A fast and stable card to handle all the demanding titles without a sweat.

Power hungry & generates a lot of heat but gets the job done. These are big cards & do sag a little when installed. There is a need for good clearance when running SLI

A powerful card! Would even rock for most modern games, but really gets limited by its small 2 GB vram. But for most gaming, it's good for 1080p with medium to high settings. Older games (until around 2013/2014), run even well at very high to ultra settings at 40 to 60 fps. It's a great overclocker too. And keeps cool while running at the max. Great card and for me worth the price I paid for it.

This card is still giving me relevant performance at 1080p. Although this card may not be enough for 1440p or VR, it's still runs new games like a champ. It's arguably one of the best looking cards in it's generation as well. If you can find this second-hand it's a great card and has performance a little below something like an RX 470.

This was the best card I could get without getting too pricey. Runs everything I play very well at decently high settings. Beats a console.

This thing is power hungry and incredibly inefficient compared to its modern counterparts, however it still rocks 1080p and is a viable option for a budget build if you're ok with medium settings for newer games. I used this as my main card for almost 4 years before replacing it with a 1070.
