Keeps my temps between 34-40 when i tested overclocking a FX-6300 to 4.4Ghz. Max speed fan noise is very noticeably, fan noise doesn't really bother me since i wear headphones most of the time. When running at 75% speed i didn't really hear it. Was also easy to install.

Its an ok cooler, heat sink is really good and it kept my cpu pretty cool on stock speeds, i wouldnt recommend it for overclocking.

Quite pleased with this cooler, does a great job, easy to install, but fins are sharp as hell and cut myself, be warned.
