I was leaning towards this or HAF-X and man am I glad I chose the Stryker. The quality of the case is worth 5 stars alone. The handle up top was very useful while building and there's a nice protrusion on the backside to help with cable management. It came with 4 fans already installed, I added a 5th on bottom and use the built-in fan controller for all but the back fan. There was plenty of room to move around inside even while all the parts were installed, and the 3 dust trays are a nice feature!
Sturdy as a tank, I love Cooler Master after buying this thing. Some people have had issues with the colors of the panels being off, so beware of that but mine was fine. The handle on top is sturdy and never budges. A panel on the bottom front comes off to reveal a hidden container for various needs, I use it to put my smaller tools in. There's a variety of dust filters across it, and the right side panel sticks out to make hiding those annoying back cables easy peasy. The build in fans cool it fine and run quiet. Dust tends to build up on the front, though. It's pretty big and spacey, so there's lots of room for modifications and changes as you please, and even the drive cages can be moved around in different ways. You can make it so the air blows from left to right through the vents and not into your actual case. The HDD/SSD cages also include little contraptions to make installing the drives a lot simpler. There's plenty of ports all over the inside and three on the back for watercooling purposes. It has wire hooks to keep them safe from LANs or to prevent drag, and includes plenty of little loops to hook zipties to. It's pretty much super convenient for installing things with ease. HOWEVER, if you plan to install LED fans, make sure they're compatible with the fan controller built in the front of the case, otherwise they'll blink rapidly or have to run at full speed. The other option in that case (pun hehe) is to buy an aftermarket fan controller to keep the fans powered right. Regardless of it's smaller issues, it's an absolutely amazing case.
It's OK, I like the dust filter, the style, the handle, the SSD dock, but one of the standoffs that came with it broke off when being installed (the rest were fine), the secret box had to be removed for a radiator and was hard to take out because it had a tab broken, and the side panel came with a dent. Cooler Master support was pretty chill about it though.
This case is an absolute dream. From the space for fans, hard drives, and other extras, to the included toolbox and illuminated front fans, it will accommodate and keep cool whatever parts you place within. It is also durable, elegant, and simple to modify.
Very happy with this quality product.
Aesthetics, what a mean looking case!
Very spacious, there's plenty of room for cables and hard drives since it is a full sized tower.
Built-in fan/LED control. The fan control has 6 levels, on the highest setting it basically turns the tower into one giant fan, you can feel the air blowing at you. Talk about multi-function!
Built-in handle, easy to carry.
Built-in case speaks (not the same as speakers). The case speakers will make different sounds if you cannot POST, to help you pinpoint the issue, which is great for first time builders. However, these cannot be used to serve as normal speakers.
Heavy case, it weighs about 30 lbs on its own.
I love this case. I wanted a STAR WARS feel to it and that's what I got.
Nice big case with window.
This is a pretty cool case, it's well build, lots of room inside, paint looks great, good airflow, one of the better cases I have used. One problem I did have is one of the USB 3.0 ports in the front doesn't seem to work, not a huge issue because I have plenty of them in the back, but would be nice to have both working. One other problem people might have is the weight, very heavy when empty; but it comes with a great carrying handle on top. Not a real issue to me, but some might look for something lighter.
When I was looking at cases I knew ABSOLUTELY SQUAT. However I saw this case, immediately loved it and bought it that same day. Still confused as to why Cooler Master didn't call this the Storm Trooper, and the other black one the Storm Stryker, but that's besides the point. 2X USB 3.0's, 2X USB 2.0's, ESATA port, Reset Button, 6 Speed Fan Controls, & Interior lighting toggle switch. The case itself also comes with 3X 120mm fans, and 1X 200mm interior fan. It's a full tower so it is quite big, and I didn't know until I got it, but it can fit tons of components and some of the biggest motherboards. I fully recommend this to anyone wanting a great and not to mention tough Full Tower case.
Cooler Master Storm Stryker White ATX Full Tower WWWWWOOOOOOOWWWWWWWW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That doesn't even begin to express my amazement with this case which I picked up for a cool 139.99 with a 30 dollar mail in rebate which I still have yet to recieve so don't get your hopes up if that offer applies to your future purchase. Besides the rebate fraud in my opinion this case is absolutely and positively jaw-dropping and a sight to see. It has various configuration options which makes it a great choice for any build and it is also very spacious and is an easy build with plenty of wire access and hiding spots. It sports a built in fan control and lighting control that was a pretty nice feature but I don't really notice a speed difference in the various speed settings offered but the white LED lit fans on the side/front depending on your configuration choice for the 3.5 inch bays is very aesthetically appealing. The downside is that the 2 fans on the interior of the case aren't lit which I was expecting them to be as the advertising can be slightly misleading but the fans are still a good quality and the top fan is a massive 200mm and does a good job of sucking the hot air out of the case along with the rear facing 140mm fan. The case also features an awesome removable plate on the bottom of the front that hides a slide-out drawer with a clasping lid that has a nice amount of space for leftover parts, screws, valuables, thumbdrives, and anything else that will fit into the drawer. It also has a nice clear window that is of great build quality that allows you to view your components in awe. I have never spent over 30 bucks on a case as I saw it an unnecessary expense that didn't have any real performance gains but this case completely changed my way of thinking it is an amazing case and when on sale is a great bang for your buck! I highly recommend this to any builder!
