This mobo works great for me and will allow me to overclock in the future should I choose to do so. Even though it accepts 2400 RAM, I had to edit the BIOS for it to recognize this speed (wasn't tough, but something I wasn't expecting).

It's a great motherboard. The BIOS is layed out well / easy to navigate. It also does a decent job with the automatic CPU overclock / voltage management. If you want to bump up the overclock manually, you can also easily do that with the '+' and '-' keys.
