I got lucky and was able to undervolt this pretty low, max ive seen it go is 85 at 50% rpm on heaven benchmark at max settings. May change the thermal paste and see how that goes. The card itself is great and runs well on my 650w psu!

This is a very good card for 1440p gaming. It runs quite well, though a bit hot and quite loud under load. If I had to do it over I would avoid getting a blower-style card due to noise, but the thermals are not that bad. If you do not mind either a hot GPU or a loud blower then this card is a good choice, though for the same price you can have a 5700XT which will outperform it...
