This thing has been through hell. Overclocking and multitasking champ. Doesn't even break a sweat, even with new games.

Awesome, it has kept good temperatures for me, and runs what I need it to. At 3.5 GHz, it does not bottleneck my GPU. I will overclock soon.

This CPU works great. I was originally planning on getting an FX-6300 but I thought the extra cores would be nice for rendering and multitasking. I've been using this for playing games and rendering for around 6 months now and its been great with no problems.

So fast. Having 8 cores is excellent for rendering and multitasking. I have since bought a Hyper 212 Evo because the stock cooler had trouble keeping up. Make sure you undervolt these to keep your temps down. I'm pushing 1.176V @ 3.6GHz right now compared to the stock 1.332V or so at 3.5Ghz and I can barely reach 44°C. Awesome processor.

This thing is absolutely solid. I've been using it for the past 4 years without a hitch in my budget pc. Holds up beautifully alongside a GTX 1060 in 2018.

Solid, overclocked to 4.4 and stable. Had up to 4.5 but was worried about the amount of voltage. If I went water cooled and had a more OC friendly board I bet I could get 5.0 on this thing. Was going to get a 6300 but this was on sale at my local Micro Center so I jumped on it. Next upgrade will most likely be the 9370. (wanted a 8370 but it is so close to the 8350 in benchmarks).
