I decided to buy this when it was on sale because I wanted a non-blower design at a reasonable price and also because overclocking is not one of my priorities for my machine. However, I did achieve some good results. Let me preface by saying take this with a grain of salt, since my results could be unique.
Out of the box, I was getting between 1898MHz and 1873MHz without doing anything. It just ran that way. Then I decided to do a modest overclock with EVGA Precision. After some testing, I set a +500MHz on the memory and a +150MHz on the GPU clock. I had heard that was about what people were achieving. I set the Thermal and power target to max and set the fan at 90% for testing purposes. These settings are stable. Final result is a steady clock of right around 2050-2000MHz, depending on the load. Of course your results may vary. I do still think like people have said that this is the perfect excuse to sell FTWs that may not meet a spec, but I am very satisfied with my results.
What can I say, this is a great card that comes with great software and even some LED lighting. Destroys all current games.
A great GPU however not recommended over anyone tossing up between this and the non DT FTW edition.
So far seems to be a great card
Awesome card, EVGA came in clutch and allowed me to RMA my card I had purchased from Microcenter because it was DOA.
Runs very well. I only wish I went with a 1080, but this works great for 1080p 144 Hz gaming on High for most games. I'll upgrade in late 2018/early 2019 to a card similar to the 1080ti that'll handle 1440p 144 Hz. I don't think I'll ever buy a Titan edition.
