Well... It is a power supple. I have a good relation when using EVGA PSU. They make quality ones in my eyes. The reason for this specific model was because it is slightly smaller than the G2 which gives me more room for cable management in the case.
EVGA 650W GS PSU is TOP NOTCH all the way, start to finish. This was the first time I had the honor of working with a Fully Modular Power Supply, and there will be NO looking back. Unless there is some major shift in what they are doing EVGA will continue to have my Business for Power Supplies in the Future, and likely other components when they fit well in the build. Not only Was this PSU a dream to install, with appealing cabling, it is Dead Silent. Can't ask for much more from a Power Supply in my Opinion. For the Price of this PSU it is a Must HAVE !!
Looked great, cables were long enough and functional. It was modular, so some of the cables were sleeved and they were very easy to route. I ended up having to use 2 SATA cables even though they had two connectors. My SSD and HDD were too far apart to use just one. Aside from that, it's running perfectly.
This power supply is pretty cool because of the ECO mode it has. I decided not to turn on ECO mode because when the fan is spinning I can't hear it so I just turned it off.
SATA power cables suck. Couldn't put my SSD in the front window drive bays of the H440. If you are getting a H440 and a SSD, do NOT get this power supply.
