I don't have Ethernet so I had to pick this up. Worked out of the box, gives my home wifi's rated speeds, and doesn't drop connection. What can I say, it works.

This little WiFi card works pretty well! It was a bit finicky at first but after a while of usage, it has been working perfectly with good internet speeds!

I pay for 65MBps/5MBps and am consistently getting +70MBps/+5MBps on this card. It makes the most of my XSinity Wi-Fi. $30 and hides well! I just wish the pci board wasn’t that emachine green.. oh well quality and function over aesthetics in this case! Hopefully when a GPU is added to this build it’ll hide the Wi-Fi card from the side panel view..

Many issues with this card, including disconnecting randomly from my network, idling at times, and even powering off and powering back on in Windows. I still have to figure out whether it's my network as all of my other devices have run into issues with the network as well. At the moment, I'm not happy with it and sometimes have to power off my motherboard completely to fix the card.

Very seldom it cuts internet connection and the Windows troubleshooter has to restart it, but other than that it works perfectly fine.

It works great if your computer is near the access point, but if placed behind a wall it becomes very sensitive to the position of the antennae. Drivers are outdated and impossible to get working on linux. It works, but I'd buy something else if you were planning on using it regularly.

Cheap, solid antennas (thank you!), and pretty great performance so far. Seems like a no brainier to me.

What can I say? the thing works better than my ethernet... somehow... like literally my ethernet is 28ms ping, the wireless is 16ms ping, I don't get it.

Worked right out of the box. Despite being AC750, it outperforms my old AC1200 USB dongle.

The p.o.s. "died" after a Windows 10 upgrade, after suffering a heavy performance degradation over time (the internet connection used to feel "stuttery" and the entire system seemed to freeze while waiting for a page to load). The drivers have not been updated since 2016, and it's quite unlikely they will be. It works OK with Ubuntu 18.04, but I wouldn't recommend it, the speeds are still way below what I was able to achieve with a simple ethernet (RJ45) cable plugged into my motherboard, and the system will sometimes feel unresponsive with it. A guy on a Microsoft forum said that it was Asus's fault for repackaging Win 7 drivers, but it's still not clear to me why a simple system update should break driver compatibility [insert a laughing emoji here]...Windows 10 is truly an awful system.
