Fast SSD, but storage space runs out very quickly in modern day. I suggest investing in a 240gb SSD at a minimum

bought this a while back for way cheaper but i see price went up and you can find a better deal for your money than this.

Cheap inexpensive SSD that i use primarily for booting windows and frequently used programs. Im not much into seeing the fastest read write speeds so this does the job.

Have my OS on here and it is a zippy little drive. Boot takes next to nothing and I can remember growing up when booting took literally FOREVER! Same with the internet so I'm easily impressed when it comes to this stuff :)

I've never had a ssd in any computer I've owned, dont think they were around back when i had a store bought pc. but the boot time on this computer is outstanding, boots up within 5 seconds of me pressing the power button.

from completed build G3930 - Just what I needed

Much faster than a mechanical HDD but with less capacity for the same price, about 1 to 10. Advertised at 120 GB but in reality 111 GB.

from completed build Budget HTPC (Skylake)

I've been pretty happy with the overall performance of this cheaper SSD. I have yet to actually do a speed test on this as I just use it as the boot drive in my HTPC but it seems to perform very well when doing general things on it (web browsing, playing music, etc). I bought this on sale for $35 and would definitely buy another one if I was in need of a decent performing, cheap SSD.

from completed build 2016 - 1080p Destruction Build

Mainly just for OS installation. If you know much about PC's, SSDs are overhyped and all you need is good system RAM for good loading times on top of a decent processor. I suppose the only good side to this expensive storage is that it won't die as easily as a HD.
