Motherboard: Simple motherboard that supports the new Kabylake series because I didn't have a Skylake processor to flash a cheaper mobo with.
Really nice Motherboard! It is perfect for me. The only downside in my opinion is, that it has only 2 PWM fan headers.
It's a motherboard with good audio and two DIMM slots. I might add Intel Optane but my hard drive feels fast enough for now.
It's a decent Micro ATX motherboard. The instructions are for users with some PC assembling knowledge as it only came with a brochure for "Quick Installation." However, the board's pinout labels filled in the missing information needed to assembly my parts.
For those looking for a more complete manual, it's available online at https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/B250M-PRO-VDH#down-manual
Really neat board on budget, I didnt try a 7th gen cpu tho and I kinda wish we dont need to flash the bios to use one but in my case the i5-6600K was running well in it
the board has enough space to accept most of the parts you might want to put in but you'll be unfortunately losing a 1x pcie if you place a double graphic card (like most of what you can find) so you fall down to only one 1x expansion pcie
the 4 ram slots and its more than reasonable price are the two main reasons I took this board, it unfortunately cant take more than 2400mhz ram but hey it's still pretty good
finally I gotta talk about it since its a feature, the LED light on it would be pretty cool if it wasnt placed on the end of the board (near the outside interface panel), unfortunately you'll forget really soon that your motherboard has a LED light since it'll be hidden by most likely your case (even with a side panel) and your pcie cards (including a big video card)
other than that the part is still a wonder but loses one star due to some of the mentioned flaws ;p
Great little Motherboard. Has 4 Ram slots along with a PCI-Express slot meaning you could put a good amount of power into the thing. Also has a good amount SATA ports. Only thing I found lacking was the IO shield felt kind of cheap and the instructions were a little vague. But it made up for that by having all the important info for installation such as the labeling for the front panel connectors printed right onto the motherboard. It also has a handy troubleshooting LED system installed which is helpful for isolating issues and fixing things on the spot. Overall a good quality motherboard.
Love this MOBO. Only problem I had was installing it, and that was on me (IO shield installation goof). Has 4 RAM slots so I can upgrade to 16GB in the future if I want.
Awesome mobo for a really cheap price. The IO shield would not line up due to the metal prongs, so I didn't use it. Plenty of room for upgrading.
I wish I could have found a Motherboard with two dimm slots but I am not complaining, this is an excellent motherboard. Except the fact I ordered it from B&H and a fan header pin was bent, which I bent back.
A decent Kaby Lake mobo with HDMI and two fan headers. IO and features are quite decent for the price point.
