Snappy 3600Mhz CL16 memory. Enabling it to run at those speeds in XMP was no trouble at all in the BIOS for the Gigabyte X570 Pro WiFi.

Fast and stable. Running on ASUS Prime X570 Pro w/Ryzen 3600. Hynix DJR IC according to Thaiphoon Burner. Have not played with OCing but it loaded 3600 speed/16-19-19-39 timings through DOCP right away and I've had no issues. 32GB is probably overkill for right now but I wanted to be ready for the future.

from completed build A Computer Build for Skyrim, Work, and Content Creation
I originally purchased the 2 x 8 kit of the the G.Skill Ripjaws V. However, I ended up returning the kit to Micro Center and exchanging it for the 2 x 16 kit. I am satisfied with the purchase of this kit. However, I did need to go into the BIOS settings and enable the A-XMP for the kit to run at 3600. I didn't bother with messing around with other settings for the purpose of maximizing the memory. Enabling the auto-configuration in the BIOS was enough for me. I might, at some point, go back and fine tune a few settings.

Works. Can't wait to but another set to upgrade to 64 total GBs of RAM (even though I don't really need it, 32 is plenty). It's cheaper mid range RAM and it works.
