MSI Build Your Dream PC Guide - 'Black and White (Red isn't me)'

'Black and White (Red isn't me)' by Class377fcc12

I love MSI. They are by far my favorite PC part manufacturer. There GPUs are not rivaled, and their motherboards are just plain awesome.

Why I chose the parts:

Intel i5-6600K - I chose the I5 as it is a great CPU for gaming and I don't need the hyperthreading as I would only use this system for gaming.

be quiet! Dark Rock 3 - The Dark Rock 3 is an awesome cooler. End of.

MSI Z170A Gaming Pro Carbon - The RGB lighting really sets it apart from other boards and I think it is very well priced. Also, as I said above, I love MSI motherboards.

16GB Corsair Vengeance LPX - I really like this RAM. I have used the DDR3 variant, and absolutely loved it.

WD Black HDD 1TB - I would use my current SSD, but I really need a new hard drive as mine is dying.

MSI GTX 980 Ti - 3 reasons: 1, it is a 980 Ti, 2, it is black and white, 3, it is made by MSI.

Phanteks Enthoo Pro M - A plain, simple case with some nice features, and I love Phanteks' style.

Corsair RM650x - It is 80+ Gold rated, it is fully modular, and it's also decent looking.

Corsair AF120 Fans - I have used them before and have never had any problems.

Bitfenix Alchemy 2.0 PSU Cables - Purely an aesthetic choice. They just break up the solid black inside the case.

I hope you like my build, even if I don't win. It will definitely not be the most powerful system, but everything matches and that is what I like in a build.

Compatibility: No issues or incompatibilities found.

Thanks! I would have used the 600C, but don't have much space so the 400C is perfect.
