I have a few GPU ranging from 7950 to 280x to 290x to 480 so figured I'd build a super cheap gaming PC.
This computer runs games at 1080P and is super fast with the Inland 480 gb ssd.
I used a 450 motherboard but due to the volts not truly going where set (set at 1.35 and hwmonitor shows 1.29 to 1.31) my best stable overclock is 3.8 ghz on the cpu at 1.325 volts and soc 1.25 and my memory overclocks to 2933 mhz (won't do 3000 mhz) at stock timings with 1.35 volts.
Very happy with the results and the price for a new pc + used gpu.
The Sapphire 7950 Flex has been bios modded years ago to run 24/7 at 1100 mhz core 1.25 volts and 1500 mhz memory.
