Great build for the budget! However, it seems to me that you have the rear case fan blowing back into your CPU cooler.

Sorry, I forgot to change the price, i got it for 89.99 over black Friday, cheaper than some of the h97 boards available. It also has an integrated raid controller, witch I do plan to use.

I often run more than 1 operating system at a time through virtual machines, and having a CPU with more threads is nice for this application.

Thank you! I built the case out of 1 inch amuminum angle pieces bolted together around the motherboard tray of the origonal z400 case that I dremeled free.
