Thanks. I was looking at it, Do you know anyone with it???
around 150 USD
I won't. I understand the reasons
I meant just leaving it unactivated for a a little while and activating it when the money is saved up. But ok
PCPartPicker part list / Price breakdown by merchant
This should be in the "Create a Parts list for me" section. But I need
Location, And why not playing on PC? You get higher frames with the better compute power
I was wondering, What are your opinions on the case?
I would personally go for positive, which means more fans in than out. But I have the 2 fans on the filtered intake and the 1 fan in the rear. On the Meshify C, There is already one fan in the front and the back, just add another one of those fans in the front in the same orientation. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dLX54ounENY
And that PSU should be fine, and the SSD is great. Nothing against the one you had, it just isn't as reliable.
Are you going for neutral airflow? 1 back, 2 front, and 1 back top? Or Positive with 3 front and one back.
I would definitely get at least a 240GB SSD, you could probably get away with iGPU, Ryzen likes DDR4 3000MHz ram, Maybe get a CXM450 watt PSU (something Seasonic, EVGA, or Corsair is usually best). Nothing else. It will work awesome the way configured (SSD is one thing that is really, really, good to have though). Just cost saving things I would personally do. All up to you
I would have maybe gotten a larger mass storage drive, but other than that, no. This should smash Crysis 10 times over
I can't view the list in AU pcpartpicker (School filter) But I will tell you that I would get a different SSD. Maybe an MX500 or 860 evo. Just me. Another thing is the fans. Those are not very good for the price. I would buy another of the included Fractal design "Dynamic X2 GP-12" in Black, which allows you to have more filtered intake and better overall airflow.
Also, what PSU do you have in the list (The parametric filter is showing me the EVGA G2)?
It just means the important cables are connected. The Full modular PSU you selected is only an iffy option because it is a bit old.
I would suggest a different PSU, that one is a bit old.
Did you just build it, or is it a new thing
More longevity from the board
i7 is good if you want then best performance possible without spending and outrageous amount of money. But risen I s better for streaming and literally most anything rlse
I know. But both aren’t the best
R5 1600 with a 1060 6gb
This may be entirely wrong. Doing this at school and they block uk.pcpartpicker.com
But you need to have DDR4 3000mhz ram or faster, get 2nd Gen Ryzen (Better OC and running speeds), Get a B450 Motherboard, and probably have a mass storage drive along with an SSD for more speed of the OS (SSD's get slower after 80% is used)
Id get this
What about the NHD15?
I would get the 2200g. Sadly not on amazon
This is meant to be a 2 TB storage server for my parent's photos, videos, taxes, and Sermons (Mom is a paster) Yeah. I get it
This is a 400 dollar build. I cannot get the parts that support ECC in that budget. Unless you have part suggestions
Does it need ECC memory?
I would go with this
I've had a Barracuda for 3 years and it hasn't left me. Though it used for gaming
Was it new? And what version?
I know. I was wondering what you meant by green drives
WD Green? Or Barracuda (Normal) I know the Ironwolf drives are built for NAS work
only for nas. though it is not on 24/7
Would it be stable and usable with Barracuda 3tb HDDs
I would look on ebay or craigslist and find a used 900 series GPU for a reasonable price. Because the CPU is kinda trash.
I thought you meant it was a dell, hp, acer, asus, or lenovo prebuilt.
Anything from Seagate?
Well, prebuilts are inherently hard to upgrade as they have model specific parts. What is the model name on the Case?
ITS ALIVE. It was the Ram and the "little" bit of dirt that somehow got on one of the 4gb sticks. Running well now.
Could it be a PSU issue
I know. But this is the new development
