There is enough clearance to answer your first question. You would have to buy an ATX to SFX bracket off of Amazon.
Yes there is about 3/4 inch of clearance. temps are normal.
Same here! Silverstone SG13 is only $39.99 on amazon and its a great case. give it a look. its also my most recent build.
I believe those are HDD and Power leds
That itch is only going to get worse. I started off with a Nano S and I've just been building in smaller and smaller cases. Great Build! +1
Okay bud. Whatever you say.
no he won't... his 7700 can handle the load. I know this by experience. OP get a 144 hz monitor
This guy bluejeanbaby is either a Troll or has to do some research.
no. it doesn't. only the i7 has hyperthreading.
Haha I know! but glad my monitor can overclock to 180hz
They are the logitech z333. they also have a powered sub on the floor which isn't shown. I highly recommend. I love the look of them.
Thanks. bottom of the gpu is a great place for a lighting strip.
Yes it is. I've had it about a year. Physically it hasn't given me any issues but the bottom row of lighting just went out. It's ok.
Monitor is in description. Logitech mx performance mouse and some cheap mechanical keyboard from amazon. The bottom row of lights on the keyboard just died so I don't recommend.
Had it for a while. Skylake had just come out and the price on black Friday couldn't be beat.
+1 for G4560
yea he needs 144hz or higher res.
Because you cant overclock with the c7 cooler and SFF case/ no case fans. Temps will be very high.
I am also currently building in this case a second time. I love this case.
I had 2 questions,
How is the noise levels with the 3.5 HDD? High vibrations?
How did you install the top 120mm fan over the PSU?
I would also like to inform you that there is a full dust filter kit on amazon. here's a link!
DO IT! dual core with hyper threading. seen a few reviews saying its the best bang for the buck.
only reason I would upgrade is because that stock cooler is loud. nothing beats the CM212 evo for the price.
I don't mind. Good luck! link your build here when you're finished!
around 50c while playing gta 5, 80% load
Thank you for listing everything!
I used a dremel with a cutoff wheel. the rubber edging is from bestbyte.net
better picture would be grand! Welcome to the PCMASTERRACE! btw that PSU will do just fine with a 1070.
no its a Corsair PWM SP120. works great and its pretty quite
I overclocked my GPU but not my CPU. its not noisy at all.
2 front fans are Thermaltake riing fans. rear is corsair sp 120 white led fan.
Led strip is a cheap kit from Frys with a remote.
yes the USB front port was removed. the thick cable was in the way of the GPU.
The temps of the GPU are great. 71c is overclocked at 100% load. I play a lot of Rocket League and it stay around 53c.
I will soon. since the case is full aluminum I cannot use magnetic dust filters so I will probably mount some directly to the fans. thanks for looking!
when I bought the 970, the new pascal cards were not available. I will probably upgrade to the 1070 on black Friday though.
That is the next thing on my to do list.
Thanks! yes it took me a while to plan everything out but it all fits nicely.
inverter for the RGB led kit. thanks for looking!
Thank you Josh!
Thanks! yes it barely does
they are 12 inches long. I would say for this case it would be about 8 or 9 inches.
Thanks! The 270x was a pretty underpowered card so it really didn't take much fan speed to cool it. Never really seen more than 60c. The 970 runs hot (79c) for me but It has nothing to do with the case. The reference blower style is great for this case because the Gpu heat doesn't affect my other components. Plus my bottom intake case fan is right in front of the Gpu which is great.
As for noise. The 970 is a bit louder but only because I have it running at 50% fan speed. But it's definitely not noticeable fan sound unless you're listening for it.
I don't understand your question. I just upgraded to a reference GTX 970 and it stays about 74c at 50% fan speed. It's super quite. My PSU fan is the loudest thing in my system.
No it doesn't have a fan Hub. My mobo comes with 3 fan headers.
I love the case. No complaints. Cable management was very easy.
I would suggest low profile ram but the fans are adjustable on the 212 evo so they might fit.
