the cpu cooler fan is in the mobo but the others are in the hub, and contrary to what ive been seeing on fourms the hub works well and does not make them noisy

are you in the us or uk? i left this comment for someone in the uk with the same question:

i am going to buy the 49€ Asus PCE-AC56. it is a 802.11a/b/g/n/ac PCI-Express x1 Wi-Fi Adapter and im prettty shure thats all you can ask for. there is a more expensive 74€ Asus PCE-AC68, it has faster speeds (but who has a router that can support 1000+ mbs anyway). if these are too expensive for you there is the Rosewill N900PCE which is not in the uk.. crap. or the Rosewill N600PCE which is not in the uk either. here is a 19€ TP-Link TL-WDN3800 that is in the uk. keep in mind the roswell/tp link ones are cheap, witch means theat they are not as strong and have a higher chance of not working. but judging from the reviews they are still amazing cards, just depends on you budget.

Forum Topic "Which one ?"

DeadWithoutWifi 10 Builds 1 point 49 months ago

the asus can have 64gb or ram while the msi can have 32gb... the msi has 8 audio channels and the asus 7.1... keep in mind msi has that whole bios flashing thing bt it shoulnot be a problem, its not stopping me from buying my msi gaming 5. the msi board has wayyyyy better reviews so i would go with that one

DeadWithoutWifi 10 Builds 1 point 49 months ago

if youre willing to spend more money, you could get the Asus PCE-AC56 there was someone else asking about wifi adapters and i wrote out some long paragraph about different wifi cards. the thing is the links are for eurpe so look up the model numbers

i dont belive that, i can and have gotten 500fps(lowest settings) with my 860m(2g ram) in my laptop, there is no way in hell that a gtx 980 got 200fps. there is also no way the R9 280 dominates the gtx 980 with a 1,800 fps difference or dominates it at all, i suggest re doing that test.

this is like asking if you could kill a rat with a machine gun, with the 960 you could run anything(just on lower settings), its a amazing card and you shouldn't worry. but for mine craft you could max it out and still be fine.

EDIT: i am in the US and forgot to change the prices to euros, i just did. but then again i gave you US links, sorry. i just changed all the links/ prices to the ones in PC part picker europe even tho some are not avalible so i found a tp link that is in the uk.

while the ram might run at 2400MHz it has a CAS of 15! (wow) this will slow the ram down quite a bit. Linus Tech Tips explains it pretty well
