Gaizkah's Completed Build: My second first build 2.0

Gnarlybacon8r 2 Builds 1 point 4 months ago

Yeah no kidding, it kinda makes me triggered that they would kill off such a likable character and not someone like ikora. They ruined it by making all the characters serious and boring rather than having one character that makes the game better.

Gnarlybacon8r 2 Builds 1 point 4 months ago

Oof. Also great build. Though your budget build is almost double my pc cost, I don’t even find mine a budget build. Sorry if it may seem rude but dang that’s pricy. But also a great build that I wish I had myself.

Prepa's Completed Build: My first build

Gnarlybacon8r 2 Builds 2 points 4 months ago

This is a very nice build. I can’t help but notice the saggy gpu, I was thinking about getting a 2080 but now I see that it may be heavy, have you had any trouble with this?

Gnarlybacon8r's Completed Build: i7 8700K Gaming Beast (Version 1.3)

Gnarlybacon8r submitter 2 Builds 2 points 5 months ago

I will 100% be upgrading that GPU, just under my budget and with the other parts, it was all I could afford. The 550 watt is plenty for the 8700k, mostly because I am not the best with overclocking, but without overclocking it is fine. I would get more if I were you, but it was another budgetary thing.

Gnarlybacon8r submitter 2 Builds 2 points 9 months ago

I have no complaints about it, it’s a great cooler and I would definitely recommend it for most builds. I was just thinking of maybe going for a custom water cooled or maybe just a standard water cooled so it is less bulky and a little bit cooler. Although my temps are still great.

Hey, I overspent on the actual PC and realized "CRAP, I DON'T HAVE A KEYBOARD" so I went for the 10 dollar keyboard that works perfectly for my gaming purposes.

In the picture of your RAM, the most visible RAM was not fully installed, some of the connector was not fully in the slot. I assume that you fixed this after seeing the picture, but I still wanted to let you know in case you didn't realize. :) Overall love the build!
