Hi LamboLimo,

I have built a very similar PC and I can tell you that it will be able to run most games at decent settings at 60fps. A couple of tips to save you money; the G4560 does come with a fan, so you do not need to buy a cooler unless you wish to overclock and, as you are building a desktop, you can plug the PC directly into the WiFi which will mean you won't need a Network Adapter and will improve your connection.

Also, you may want to check out the Radeon Rx 460, because it is slightly cheaper.
