Burney21's Completed Build: AMD Budget Gaming Build

MarkyThePurefectionist 2 points 51 months ago

GJ. Balanced Build. You can risk it out and get a r9 280. The MSI r9 280 is 150+$ now.

ABabyFox's Completed Build: First try at building a Desktop

MarkyThePurefectionist -1 points 51 months ago

Should have invested in Intel not in AMD. AM3+ is dead. Rumors about AMD's k12 CPU (14 nm ARM+64 Bit chips) would need FM3+/AM4+. Whilst Intel will release Broadwell CPUs at QT'2015

Whatever works for you :) Sad to say I won't give a +1 because its not balanced and I'm not hungry yet.

ParisCarter's Completed Build: White Wonder

Fail CPU + GPU combo. You could have save few more bucks if you went with r7 250 with it.

It gives you 40 fps more.

dhogan34's Completed Build: Dark Matter

MarkyThePurefectionist 1 point 51 months ago

My advice as a pictographer (lol wut?)

Take photos at night so we can see the beauty of your case. And face it where we can see the windows of the Chassis :3

Congratulations on the build.

The points that should have been taken up : The CPU changed to x4 860k (based on the Kaveri lineup but w/out the igpu) Change Seagate Barracuda to a Seagate 1TB 7200RPM Hybrid. only $77+ [An HDD have a lovechild with an SSD]. About 5 seconds behind a SSD.

A fair and square +1 :)

Zaroshen's Completed Build: The Colossal Dwarf

MarkyThePurefectionist 1 point 51 months ago

HIS are good GPU makers next to MSI, cool. Less coil whine. XFX are bad-a*s gpu makers. They've designed Great Radeon cards but, noisy like a laptop on super full load.

edwardjmoran's Completed Build: Prometheus (First Build)

MarkyThePurefectionist 4 points 51 months ago

Did you built this already? You can replace the CPU and go for x4 860k :) Its basically the A10-7850k without the igpu. Its on far with the i3 with ht (faster when overclocked).

Overall great build. But you could have done better :)
