Any RTX that is not super doesn't deserve the price, it's better you get 2070 super!

It's better you go for 2060 super, 2060 alone is as useless compare to it's price. If you are not overclocking or doing light overclocking stock should do, if not you can get new cooler that doesn't require stress or separate bracket, like be quiet dark rock series, noctua na-12u or so. If you have the change you can go for 32gigs at higher frequency 3200MHz but 16gigs should do if not.

  1. You can't get 144fos on every game unless you turn everything to low settings, stick with high settings and enjoy as long as it a over 60fps you're very good to go.
  2. It's better to stick with stick cooler since you're not over clocking, save h60 for your next build..
