I think you're looking at the number of upvotes (the numbers between the arrows). If you scroll down you'll see a huge green bar in the Effective Speed line indicating that the 390 performs nearly 900% better than the integrated graphics.
I just put together a build with a i5-4590, using the integrated HD4600 while I save up for a discreet card and I can get around 30fps at 1280x720 on high settings in Diablo 3 and Starcraft 2. It's good enough for me now, but the 390 would be able to crush those fps at much higher resolutions.
65GB to install GTA V!?!?!?!! Holy cow! Yes, I will definitely need a 1TB hard drive. I didn't realize how large game installs had gotten. Is it worth getting a small SSD for the operating system? I've heard/read that it improves performance.
Why the processor and motherboard change?
