Nice budget i feel like you could get away with saving up for a 580/1060 that would go great with the rest of this build

Its good to have a theme, you dont have to have rgb for certain parts to stand out. maybe next build look for a motherboard that has a good central color and make your build around it. Like asus tuf motherboards have a good black/yellow there's alot of silver motherboards (like the one you have now) a good thing to do with silver builds is add a metallic element (maybe just gloss your gpu backplate or make some changes to the case/fans if you would go with a metallic theme i'd definitely change the fans xD just some suggestions, again nice build!

maybe not rgb, what about some color accents that would make certain parts of your build 'pop' a little more? Nice build tho very clean

Yeah the 970 evo is super fast, intresting to see such an expensive build w/o a graphics card but I suppose it makes sense with your needs, very clean

This build has way better upgradability than the link you posted just adding a card would be great for it, not to mention the pains of using a desktop with a dual core processor imo pentium is way over rated why would you build a new pc on a dead chipset with one of the worst processors on that chipset?

While what everyone else is saying is true (dual channel is faster) and (bottlenecking) upgradability would really make this build great. Think about adding a better processor and another stick of ram in the future other than that get rid of the slack with your cables and it looks great :D hope ur happy with it

Comment reply on Geeezas's Completed Build: Casual Gaming Rig

yeah I couldn't live with blue in that red&black build xD but that looks to be the only "problem" so you did a great job :D..... if you do want to upgrade in the future I recommend going for an i5 8600k coffee lake as any higher would be a little overkill under 1080ti levels for gaming xD

Comment reply on Geeezas's Completed Build: Casual Gaming Rig

the only problem with the price/performance of the 8100 is the damn overpriced motherboards.... good job finding a semi-cheap good one other than that only thing i can suggest is a cooler and maybe some rgb to light up your case... other than that great build hope u enjoy it :D

Once you upgrade your power supply you should think of adding an additional card for crossfire to increase your performance to 1080 level

Great build good job parting it out with the budget you had although that water cooler might be a tad overkill for the cpu but a cpu upgrade is definitely easy with it. great build hope your friends happy with his new pc... also what do you plan on upgrading a 1080 ti to XD

Looks great dude I love the blue glow it makes it look like everything is submerged in water overall nice part selection great fans and that cpu gpu combo is the best mid range combo imo... the only grief I have with the build is the case selection (love corsair hate their cases) but thats just me... overall great build hope your happy with it and good destiny drop luck to you my friend XD

I couldnt really tell for sure... but I think ur fans logo is covering your ram which is bad for a couple reasons but yeah that ketchup and mustard power supply and the lack of a psu shroud on that case is the only thing I see thats poking out to me so good job with what you had IMO.

50 dollars for that card... pretty good budgeting lol I did get my s340 new for 50 bucks on ebay and you could have gotten that drive alot cheaper as well but other than that you did a great job with your budget, cable management also looks good and so does your lights

As someone who has a half complete build atm with a year in progress and only missing a graphics card now I think your budgeting skills are great XD. Also dual channel ram isnt as important as a good quality ssd so if I were you that would be my main concern

Inside the case looks really good but a led strip or two might make it stand out visually if thats what ur into. Other than that sounds like to me you got really lucky with your processor still working and your ram being recognized by ryzen also bitwit is indeed awesome

IMO the cable management isnt too bad here but you should think about using the cable holes in the bottom of the motherboard to connect the lower part without covering the motherboard in glossy black cables but other than that you did really good for a micro case good job
