I tried a good number of ways to remove it but couldn't.

I personally don't mind reformatting my PC. As for my moms her computer is old and needs a serious update.

Thank you though. I will save this link in case I ever see it again.

I plan to have the computer off. Also the H100i is a closed loop system so I don't think there is any chance of it leaking unless I yank the cables from the radiator.

I checked out that Linus Tech Tip Video, I'm now debating on getting that one or the EVGA one, but I honestly only like EVGA because of the way their cards look. I know thats a dumb reason.

I'm really hoping they'll have some 970's for sale on cybermonday.

So a 5.1 Surround Sound? Front Left Right, Center, and Rear Left Right + Sub

What are you planning on connecting to it? I'm asking cause I bought one last year and made sure It had 2 Optic Inputs so I wouldn't need to be consistently swapping between my Game and Cable Box.

You know what guys I have a feeling it's a Latency Issue.

I started running DPC Latency Checker and LatencyMon

With DPC Latency Checker spikes sometimes hit 1900µs.

I started running LatencyMon and the one thing that is running with the highest total execution (ms) is dxgkrnl.sys - DirectX Graphics Kernal

I looked online and was told to adjust my graphics card (EVGA GTX 760) setting to triple buffer and to turn V-Sync On.

Which I did and it seemed to calm the noise down but when the graphics really get intense I can hear it again.

The Serial Number matches for the exception of a letter missing on the end of the sticker. There is a 'T' on the SSD but not on the box
