Do those riser extension cables increase chances of performance loss or bottlenecking of any kind? I tried to do some research into it but the internet is a place of a terrifying amount of opinions... It seems like results imply there's little/no impact? Is that right?

Comment reply on rodskyz2770's Completed Build: my very first time building this rig yesterday

No problem man!

My suggestion is to remove anything unnecessary in the case so you can maximize your airflow arrangement. It looks like you've got a ton of Hard Drive Cages mounted inside the front of the case. You're only using a couple spots in them so why not remove any you're cages you're not using, right?

Then, with all that extra space up front you could move the radiator from the top of the case to the front. Reverse the fans on the radiator so that they are pulling air through the radiator, from the outside of the case. And install a couple fans as exhaust where your radiator is now.

Basically just cleaning/tidying up.

How do you have your rear fan set up? Exhaust?

You maybe able to mount your rad in the front if you lose any unnecessary HDD Trays in there. There seem to be a TON. That way your radiator could take advantage of the incoming cool air. Instead of mounted like you do with exhaust fans pulling all the warmer air out the case through your rad.

Otherwise nice kit.

Yea it looks great! I'm wondering why you stopped at just those couple items...

The PSU and Radiator both look like their begging for some more gold accents to fill out the rest of the build. And the chrome case pieces kinda distract from the nice Gold. I wish those were that same 24 carat dust look as the RAM and GPU.

Still looks awesome though!

Getting help by spamming every other build isn't a good way to garner positive feedback. I'd knock it off.

Try looking around for active users in the comments and message them your request directly. You're probably more likely to get help, and less likely to rankle feathers with your aggressive tactics.

Good luck.
