love it I have that case and was going to water cool but I just wanted to save money for a nice car so it never was done
i think the gigabyte cards all clock higher that evga, msi, and asus so it should be faster then the evga ftw
for cutting out the words instead of routing it but really it would be a bit over kill
a lot like my brothers pc except his is black and red and has a 980ti but yours looks so much better
should have used a laser
the looks are a big part of it for me I am thinking of modding my pc a bit I have a 980ti lightning and a white nzxt source 210 not the best case but my dad works at a fab shop so I have resources to get things done any ideas on what I can do with it I want to build it around the centerpiece the 980ti lightning
you should have kept the msi cards and just painted over the red those heat pipes look good
wow that is a clean build and 2 cards all ways look so sexy
I have a ryzen 5 1600 and I love it and ram speeds were not an issue on that board after I did a bios update but before the bios update I could only get 2133
really nice job picking parts! and a good job on building the system but can I get some more pics of the system and especially that card!
looks great but not the most impressive to be honest not enough black
how much did it actually total with all the modding supplies and how many hours did you put in to it
wow the pc gods gave you the ability to build a pc damn that looks good
i love the build and the car
do you have any thermal issues in that case?
just straight gangster
spin the rad around so the hoses come out to the front and you should be able to straighten your CPU block out
why only a RX 460 when the 480 or 580 is way faster but not much more expencive
its a little late though I just bought a Gigabyte extreme gaming 980ti and it is arriving today, only paid 300
thanks I will check it out
I know that is where I got the idea
looks very nice. i just bought a 980 ti and i7 3770 used on eBay so they should have similar gaming performance. what fps do you get in games?
i wish i had the money to make a pc like that
i just have a compressed air can and a air compresor in my garage. even with filters my computer gets dust every where
love the rgb
i would never be able to use that case i live on a dirt road so it would get supper dusty
so many rads!!!!!
check out my build i have the same CPU but paired with a 970 having very sumimilar builds except the gpu and i paid high prices for looks. i have the same spec monitor but an LG. and i get around 60 fps with maxed settings on BF1. i know your GPU will not be able to keep up with the monitor on almost any game other than mine craft or small indie games.
Defiantly get an ssd and boot times will be tremendously cut down even just loading up a crome browser is way faster.
you could have went with the roswell rgb80 for the same price and a mech board and has a very solid build quality .
How do you like the stock cooler for the cpu specifically how it is lowder than a car
my fx 8350 reaches 4.6 on air with a 212 evo never getting hot. i think one reason is i am using relay expensive diamond thermal paste which works amazing
that would make sense
would you upgrade to vaga?
my fx 8350 at 4.6 ghz gets only like 750 on cinabench, so i am defiantly getting a 1600 or 1600x. how dose it do in games such as batlefield 1, titanfall 2, and minecraft all at max setings?
why a reference card?
i want that plz
i dont know what my pc getts on gta because i dont have it but i get around 60 at 1080-2560 ultra wide on BF1 maxed so dont know when i upgrade if i want to wait for vaga
i own a Gigabyte GTX 970 Extream Gaing OC so i am not a amd fan boy, and i did check my facts 2 rx 480s get 2-5 fps better on most games
what is your frame rate on games i am thinking of making a similar build. i mostly play battlefield 1, titanfall 2, and steam games like insurgency and city sky lines. i just want to know if it is worth ugrading
2 rx 480s are faster than a 1080 and cheaper than a 1070 so why even
you should they are very over clockable and gives a very large performance boost
would have went with a Gigabyte Extreme gaming 1080 but thats just me. Amazing build i with i had it.
you could have saved a little money on the build with a cheaper case and defiantly cheaper ram like Hyper X but other wise it is a amazing build for the price. I would have went for a AMD graphics card for free sync and better drivers because i have had nothing with trouble with my 970. I like the cpu choice what did you over clock it to.
love the entire set up wish i owned it.
I think you could get a higher clock with that water cooler, i can get 4.6 with a 212 Evo so with that you could defenently get 4.8. check out my build if you want.
I have a similar build if you want to check it out
Yes I did watch a $500 budget build it was by Austin Evens. I made some small changes but otherwise was the same build
you should get the black fans the brown ones just kill the colers.
you should make your 24 pin for your motherboard not go in front of the red it can just come right from underneath and it looks a lot better. if you look at my build you will know what i am talking about.
if you are watercooling it the back plate will still be there and have the rgb asus rog symbol
