Oh man I just love this. Great work. I love the whole 360 degree viewing of the cylinder.

Is it a little tricky to get to all your ports on IO panel?

I take your point about hiding the cables & bits around the back. Could you create an 'insert' out of a flexible plastic material (like the stuff used on the cover of a display folder) to fashion the equivalent of a 'semi-cylindrical' PSU shroud? Slide in and cut holes where required? Meh, sure your creative mind could come up with better.
