might I recommend that you move the cables for your mouse and keyboard to the back usb slots on the back of your computer, as it will look cleaner.

One thing that I would recommend is that you add at least 16GB of RAM. AMD Ryzen is a very RAM intensive CPU., so you maybe want to upgrade your memory sometime.
