you dont have to have a 750 watt psu to use a 390 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/XJ6JrH it uses 449 watts with a i5

the 8320 you can use for editing and streaming your games and most games of today you get about the same fps except arma games because they only use like 1 or 2 cores

your cpu is sometimes a bottleneck because for example arma 2 only used 2 cores of peoples cpus so with direct 12 with it being able to use up to 6 cores it should not a be a bottleneck at all
