ITX is just a motherboard form-factor that is even smaller than mATX. It usually doesn't have as many features as mATX due to size restrictions (examples include single PCIe expansion slot, only two DIMM slots, etc.)

Not too bad. I didn't have a lot of stuff to put in there, so it was relatively straight forward. Cable management options are pretty much non-existent though.
