Haha, I did look at your build (as well as everyone that use this case) before building mine as a reference. I really wanted to use the msi z97mx, but I had to go with the gigabyte as I bought it at microcenter with the cpu with a good deal. But yea, love this build.
Same here. Saw it and fell in love at first sight. Sadly I shouldve looked at its compatibility with some of the GX 970s. But I am still very contempt with everything.
Pretty well. So far noise wise, really quiet, and similar to the 212 evo. I've never measured the temperature, but I read reviews from others that it performs decently, and I haven't encountered any problems yet.
Most of the stuff, including the GPU I tried to find the best deals possible, and found it as that price on GPU Shack. It is refurbished, but still has 2 years of warranty so I jumped on it.
I also just completed a build yesterday with the air 240 and the msi gtx 970. I pushed the case window against the card as well. Have you had any issues related to that? I heard that it might apply too much pressure on the card and mobo and can break it. Any issues?
Looks like one of these http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16811994019
How did you go about with the lighting inside the case? I kind of wanted to do something similar with LED strips. I was wondering where you bought 1 and how it was wired.
Just out of curiosity, do you have a picture of this running in the dark? I am using a similar parts list and wanted to see how it illuminated in the dark.
How is the case? I was considering getting one of those but wasnt sure if it was durable, easy to work with, any concerns.
The stock case doesn't come with fans that have LED's right? Since I see you bought 3 120 mm fans, but I see 5 in the picture with LED fans.
