I love how clean this build is and how everything fits together so nicely. My hat tips to you sir!
The Frankendell, AKA "the best use for a cheap computer".
NEED.....MORE...........PICTURES!!!! No but seriously I would really like to see the inside.
I must say that your cable management is very tidy. Usually with low end builds like this people don't even try to clean them up.
I really like this, excellent part choices!
Ya the RM PSU wouldn't be my 1st choice for a build of this caliber but it was what I had from my previous build, that will be the 1st thing I upgrade.
The DAC is a Schitt Modi, the amp is a Schitt Magni. Yes the headphones are beyerdynamic DT 880 Premiums.
CPU temps under load get up to 56 degrees at 1.295 volts.
Yes you would be correct in saying that. Financially this makes so sense what so ever, but putting together a custom loop has always intrigued me. So to subside my own insanity I chose crazy over doing the financially responsible thing.
No problem, its an IKEA Linnnmon 59"x 29" table with Adils legs.
Why thank you sir!
Haha good eye, I attempted that bend like 10 times, once I get a chance I'll give it few more tries.
Its hold up some cables. I should probable find a better solution.
Yes it is, i think it came out pretty OK although I could probably make some areas a bit better.
Im pretty sure the corsair AX860i is a tier 1 PSU... So ya I would say hes fine.
I don't think this could of been done better. Loving the carbon fiber wrap. My hat tips to you sir! A+++
This is gorgeous, loving the color scheme!
I love to see a nice color coordinated build every now and then, +1!
FINALLY! A build in the Core V1 done right! +1 for that.
That backplate is awesome, never seen anything like it, +1
The "issue" with the 970 isn't that it wont use more than 3.5GB, it will use all 4GB its just that last .5GB of vram is clocked at a lower speed. Unless your running 2 of these to power a 4K screen I don't think that this will cause you any performance drops. EDIT: (some game engines wont register this slower .5GB portion). I hope this clears up why you see the card using more than 3.5GB.
Also I really love the aesthetics of this build +1!
The board is working very well for my needs. Very reliable, so far...
The CPU/MOBO combo is working very well for me, it seems to handle overclocking very well and everything seems to be running very reliably. With the price point of the board and the features that are offered it seems like a great choice. Very recommended!
I have it sitting at 1.042 volts at 4.0Ghz.
Hahaha, Thanks for the feedback man!
Thanks for the link man! I'll have too look into those.
Why thank you!
Where do you live, Antarctica? Those temps seem a bit low for a stock cooler. Otherwise its a decent PC build for the price!
I wanted something a little quieter than the stock fans, so i replaced them.
Thanks! I personally love these LEDs, there bright enough without being distracting and they were very easy to set up.
