I must say that your cable management is very tidy. Usually with low end builds like this people don't even try to clean them up.

Ya the RM PSU wouldn't be my 1st choice for a build of this caliber but it was what I had from my previous build, that will be the 1st thing I upgrade.

Yes you would be correct in saying that. Financially this makes so sense what so ever, but putting together a custom loop has always intrigued me. So to subside my own insanity I chose crazy over doing the financially responsible thing.

The "issue" with the 970 isn't that it wont use more than 3.5GB, it will use all 4GB its just that last .5GB of vram is clocked at a lower speed. Unless your running 2 of these to power a 4K screen I don't think that this will cause you any performance drops. EDIT: (some game engines wont register this slower .5GB portion). I hope this clears up why you see the card using more than 3.5GB.

Also I really love the aesthetics of this build +1!

The CPU/MOBO combo is working very well for me, it seems to handle overclocking very well and everything seems to be running very reliably. With the price point of the board and the features that are offered it seems like a great choice. Very recommended!
