Nice, absolutely love this monitor.
Nope, they are custom DEMCiflex dust filters!
Beautiful build. That case is sexy as hell!
^ What he said!
Having the Maximus VI Hero myself, every time I see ROG armour, I cry a little inside. Absolutely stunning build. Nicely done!
My red/black fanboyism is going wild right now. Beautifully executed and clean build. Well done! If you're a fan of that colour scheme, check my build out and let me know what you think :) Cheers.
Nice build, great choice of parts, well managed cables all things considered. +1
I'd give it a +2 if you took out that Noctua fan and burned it in a chemical fire, though lol. Absolutely despise Noctua fans, but that's just me haha. Cheers.
+1 for the Audio Technica's. Nuff said.
Great choice of parts, and a great job for your first build! Love that you took the time to colour coordinate. Keep it up for future builds. Cheers.
No problem, and thanks man!
The more I see of the S340's, the more I love it. Building a gaming rig for my girlfriend for christmas and the S340 in white is definitely the prime choice. Nice build, cheers.
Thanks, glad you like it! :)
I just grabbed a 970 STRIX, so I can certainly vouch for you haha. Check out my build if you get a chance. Cheers.
Yeah, really only problem I have with this is the lack of cable management. Go online and look up some how-tos or tutorials on clean cable management. It will do your build some good! Cheers, enjoy that 970.
Everything is great other than the case. For a little extra you could have went with an NZXT and had a much sleeker, cleaner build than this. Oh well, to each his own. Nice choice of parts. Cheers.
Nice choice of parts for that price point. Well thought out. Just wish the colours were more cohesive, but hey, for $600, you nailed it. Cheers.
I find your lack of cable management disturbing. Tidy that up lol! It's always typically a rule of thumb to get a single, more powerful video card than putting 2 inferior ones together as well. Lots of choices made here that aren't very great, but to each his/her own. Cheers.
Either way, great attention to detail. Going through the photos, I was stressing out at how terrible the colour coordination was, but once everything started getting painted I felt a lot better haha. Just out of curiosity, what did you use to paint the metal parts? Plastidip? I'm looking at doing some modding myself and I'd love some tips.
Hey, thanks man. Appreciate it! Enjoy your rig :) Cheers.
Ah, yikes. Yeah, did not know that!
Saddens me that there aren't a pair of 970's in there instead, but otherwise great choice of parts. Nice.
It's... so... beautiful.
+1 for the white H440. Man, that has to be one of the sexiest cases out there. Nice build, too! Cheers.
+1 just for how clean and white everything is. Beautiful to behold.
Ahh, I really want to +1 this because it's a great assortment of parts, but the lack of cohesiveness in colour themes is really bugging me. (I'm nitpicky like that, I know..) Here, have a +1, anyway. Cheers.
Oh man that 380T is beautiful! Great build.
Another +1 for title. Didn't even need to see the rig and I knew this was a winner lol.
Only build I've ever seen that pulled off a nice theme to complement the hideousness of Noctua fans haha. Nicely done!
Corsair Link is garbage, they really need to work on that.. so many detection issues. Same problem with my H100i here. Nice build, btw. Almost identical to mine!
That case looked so much larger in the other photos, lol, threw me for a loop when I saw it in the last one from a distance. Great build!
Oooo... That white S340. Such a beautiful case. Well done, very sleek and minimal. Love it!
Ahh, that lack of cable management is driving me nuts. Great parts, just needs some TLC.
Clean build. Love H440's in white, I have a white Phantom 530 myself. NZXT makes great stuff. Anyhow, looks great -- could use a bit of TLC in the cable management department, but great choice of parts. +1
That is one serious rig. I just wish the colours were more cohesive, is all. Either way, nicely done!
What a monster! Nicely done.
Love seeing well thought out console killers! Nicely done, man.
How's that 8320 treating you? Currently choosing parts for a gaming PC for my girlfriend at around the same budget, very similar parts. Is it a nice chip for the money?
Nice parts, but wowza. Those cables need to be tamed. It looks like a squid orgy in there.
Laughed far too hard at this comment lol. +1 for you, good sir.
I absolutely hate Noctua fans (they're easily the ugliest fans on the market lol), but I gotta say, everything looks beautiful. Nicely done!
Nice and clean, well done. The more H440's I see, the more I want one, even though I have the Phantom 530 in white. Enjoy!
Nice build, but for that kind of money, I would have waited and went with a 980! Either way, nicely done. Enjoy!
As xx116xx said, the only problem I have with this build is the video card. You've got everything else nicely chosen. I'd definitely grab a GTX 970 when/if you can -- worth every penny.
Nicely done! Building a PC for my girlfriend at the moment, and I'll be modding a lot of the colours to go for an orange accent. Love this build and the green/white. Only thing that kind of bugs me are the red accents that are still visible from the mobo. But other than that, sheesh, this is a monster! Cheers :)
Nicely done, and great choice of parts. Was looking at the Stryker as well before I decided on the Phantom 530 in white. Only gripe I have with the build is the lack of theme or colour coordination. Other than that, it's brilliant. Enjoy!
Well done, and nice choice of parts! +1
Yeah, i7's run a tad on the hot side. I'd definitely recommend grabbing yourself a Corsair H100i liquid cooler and get that chip into the 4.5GHz range. Enjoy man, nice choice of parts! :)
I do the same in my room. Idles around 25C at most, and only gets to high 50's under load as well. Nice build! +1
A little too much spent on unnecessary parts. $1800 should warrant a much better PC than this. I understand aesthetic choices bring up costs, but you could have went with Corsair SP120's or AF140 fans and had them look much, much sexier than those wild Aerocools that were basically $20 each for a small boost in CFM over the Corsair ones. Could have definitely went Intel and nVidia if you made some different choices. Nice build, either way. To each his own, right?
Really nice choice of parts, I just find it difficult to look at due to the lack of theme and colour coding. Either way, nice build! +1
