Thank you sir
Absolutely need more watts. Oh if money wasn't an issue ;) I'll get temps up when I get a chance. I can say ideal is within 1 degree of ambient air for CPU and GPU Currently 21c.
Going to change it out to match Mobo 24 pin color scheme. Was leftover from when using green coolant.
It is the ekwb xres ddc pump/res combo
The card came with a stock backplate
I modded my own bracket. The lian li bracket you can buy doesnt allow you to mount a bottom radiator
no way to do it with soft tube it would just be all over the place.
using the cablemod UV led strip and 4 x 3mm UV Led's in GPU and CPU block.
Thanks! Time consuming no doubt. Tried to sleeve every cable. Usb 3.0 motherboard cable hard to get though
Hmm thats not a bad idea never bent hard tube like that maybe will give it a shot
great work small form factor at its finest with a full loop!
Wow this looks awesome great work!
Why not go with a single 3tb HDD? Would have been cheaper took up less space. +1 though, please check out mine if you can
Beautiful case choice. +1 check out mine please :)
Nice power supply +1. Please take a look at mine.
Good well rounded built +1 check mine out when you can
+1 great selection of parts for your first build. This will perform great, when you get a chance check out my build :)
Thanks!! Left a comment on yours great build
+1 for that sweet memory :)
+1 from me that case looks nice and crossfire GPU :) also I like how you got so many vote you need more though to beat some people on hear ;)
Hmm DBZ mod will be interesting. I hope you win because you are modding it into something hopefully great. Rather someone who will win and just throw the parts in and call it good (you know who you are...). A true enthusiast should win this contest whom appreciates the hardware and is dedicated to the absolute best and unique tower.
Ya edits galor...trying to get it perfect. I have some custom loop parts already so it helped on budget and didn't have many upvotes no where near 500 so figure may as well try for the best build out of random selection ;) Ill head over to your now.
Nice Noctua fans have been considering the F series for my build look nice. +1
Thanks! Plan on going 2 x 980 ti in future and full water cooling loop. Checking out your build.
Thanks have to win by random selection no way to catch up to you ;) I had to go with 1000w psu and 256gb sdd cause was going over budget.
Edited my build needed to cut down some cost 256gb ssd and 1000 watt psu now
Nice build like the black and white would have only went with bigger hdd
I really like the current case for its minimalism and the versatile radiator mounts and compact form factor.
Ya realize could have went with a 1000 watt psu but price difference wasnt much
Ya plan to add another 980 ti later on. I could have gotten by with a 1000w psu
Ya need to be aware of others im just not a modesty person when it come to anything :( I know its bad
Thats insanity man...dream big! If you won the contest it wouldnt a hypothesis anymore it would be reality you dont want to waste $400
Its all good great overall build. Good luck !
I was curious to why your build was $1600. I dont think MSI will give you the remainder of the $2000 if its not in your build. Maybe someone else can clarify on this? +1 though for a solid build at $1600 check out mine
I very much liked your brief description of the parts was easy to read :) Holy revision history!! Just so you know you do loose your upvote count every time you modify your parts list :( I like that phantek evolv case was out of my budget though. +1
Ill check out your, but careful with linking you build I have been reprimanded by staff before :( you can say check mine out though :)
This is the first htpc/console killer I have seen for console it will smash all consoles! I hope that 500 watt power supply will be enough I image so. Nvidia recommends at least a 600 watt power supply for the 980 ti. +1 check out my build
I love the design of the tridentz memory I was contemplating using it in my build think I should have. +1 check out mine?
Thats going to be one fine build like your choice of pcie M.2 SSD :) +1 check out my build when you can
Nice build I havent seen the addition of a sound card in a while! Motherboard integrated sound has come a long way and sounds pretty good. Any particular reason for sound card? +1 check out my build if you can
Very nice build I am liking the crossfire AMD 390X! +1 check out my build when you get a chance
Ya I hope mine doesnt blow budget on the 15th :( check out mine when you get a chance
Thats a really sweet CPU cooler and nice power supply! +1
This is a professionals dream with that storage and 32gb ram! +1
This is a clean build I like it. I too had the same idea of going with i7 just for future proofing. You have all quality parts I would have just recommended going with 3TB HDD for $30 more. +1
Very nice job being able to fit 2 x 980 ti in a build with this budget. However it is recommended to have at least an 850 watt power supply with sli 980 ti. +1
