I love you for choosing to dual boot OSX and Win! :) But has Haswell CPUs been supported?

Kobe? lol

NIce build but I got a problem with the GPU should have gotten a 770 for that price, but you got that back in April so I can't say anything. Still a great choice. Enjoy your build! :D

Yea, i've realized how difficult Apple's OSX can be. Maybe it could be because Its my first time using it. But over all its just a great experience. Probably the biggest complaint I have is that all the Apps are pretty expensive even if I personally think they should have been built in the OS.

Really the best way is down the Hackintosh route. The fact you can have a much more powerful machine for the price is outstanding you can't even see the difference when you have a Hackintosh or a real Mac. I actually wanted to build a Mac for that purpose as well because I've heard that it's a lot better on the OS and I wanted to try it, so far its outstanding. I used TonyMacx86 as a resource, I recommend looking at others builds and see which one would be less of a hassle setting up because mine took quite a while. I also recommend building a CustoMac (after looking around on Tonymac you'll know what that is), basically it's supposed to be fully compatible and you won't have a hard time installing OSX.

I don't mind, thanks for the input though. Like I said in the description, the cable management was alot better but the GPU is in the way. and I can't remove the other side panel with removing the audio header which I would need to remove the GPU for. The PSU was for my older PC and was going to us the Corsair TX750W. Last, wanted a much more easier work space and I don't do too much gaming since I will be in college, so I went with a OSX. To behonest I don't see the problem with Mac other than the price of hardware. The OS is alot more stable than windows, I don't think I'll ever build another PC without Mac ever again. But hey this is just my personal opinion and you have yours. Once again thanks for the feedback.

That doesn't sound like a bad idea. Will probably do it when I get a new motherboard (well if). Since I would have to get a new windows key.

Yea, I was supposed to swap out my older PSU from my frist build but I just recently fixed the cablee management and I didn't wanna deal with it again. xD but yea on a full load with the over clock. Its still good.

i know, it took soo long to fix up the cables. it actually looks really good right now, but its hard to show off with the gpu in the way. YEA, gonna get a heatsink cooler soon... I believe it was the H100i.. NCIX can't do anything about it they said. So I basically wasted 100+ on a cooler. Yippee for me.. -.-"

EDIT: Reinstalled the the cooler still nothing. Got hotter temps. Or It could be CPU.

Thanks for that little bit of information. LOL I was going to name my PC the White Sasquatch too, since I'm Asian gonna call it the White Yeti! lmao

As for your build, you should try out an SSD. Other than that it looks great.

Why do you hate the 660 and 660ti. They were the best bang for your buck video card a couple months back.

This was poor balancing. If you were doing video editing. It would have been a good choice but the i7 was really unnessisary for gaming. An i5 would have been a really good choice then get a GPU that was $100 more.

Or if it were really strictly for gaming you could have gone the AMD route and got a really high-end GPU.

Had that before today but it was actually blocking the ram slot. But them my motherboard wouldn't accept my ram in the 1st and 3rd slot.. So I'll fix that in a few days.

Really curious why you never got a k version. Kinda a waste getting a cooler since you cant overclock it. but its decent.
