Get this monitor now if you haven't it. $549 from new egg with the coupon.
I updated the photos with more. Not sure what else I need to put in the description though. The parts speak for themselves! :)
Uploaded a close up picture in the build for you.
None at all. It was very close, but it cleared fine.
Haha, never done a completed build on here. So wasn't sure how to do it. It won't let me edit it now. :(
Not at first, but I did today get that done. But it was mostly the software with invalid driver errors every time I open the Aura stuff.
Build complete....other than a few bugs with Aura and a few more led strips, it's done! :)
This is an awesome reply. Thank you so much for taking the time to do it. The code definitely sounds like the board for me. I have a $200 senheiser headset that I used with my sound blaster zxr when I had it and hope to get similar results from this board without an additional card.
Stay away from the Dell S2417DG. I had one and sent it back. It light bleeds badly and the colors are pretty off. There are better choices to it. I would also go with the Asus board. MSI support is terrible. I would also go with the Corsair, or add a NZXT Kracken x62 to your list. PSU, you probably don't need that much power, but I'd put the money towards a better quality powersupply from EVGA. All looks good though! Many seem to recommend the NZXT S340 Elite case. I ordered one but haven't gotten it yet. I've been mostly a Fractal Design Case person.
I just snagged the video card on Amazon when it went in stock a bit ago! Ouch....
I understand. I use to play with it just fine though. My budget doesn't include a monitor at this time though! :)
Once installing Office 2016, Steam, and a bunch of other stuff it takes up a lot. But I learned to put the games on the 1TB SSD I had to allow the OS drive to be available for other regular apps. My Budget can be stretched to $3k, but I prefer it not to! :)
Interesting build. Agreed, need a boot drive. I am hoping I can find a second hand 1080ti to help reduce the cost a bit too as I see them forsale on hardforum from members pretty often.
