The small SSD is just for the boot drive, and possibly a game or two. The bigger one is for games and media. The HDD is an alright one though. Plus the cost of a higher capacity SSD is much higher than the one i have. That money went to other componets like sleeved PSU cables and LED's. And heyy for your build to cut down the cost, just look up kenguin windows 10, it only cost 20 bucks so with those sixty dollars you could possibly make another upgradeee. And hey good luck!
