The build looks awesome and great parts selection! The fractal design cases make such great cases at an affordable price. What was the use for the mounting bracket? Did the case not include 3.5" drive bays? or preferred placement closer to the optical drive? Just was curious, but awesome build.
I have the Floe Riing 360 rad and you probably already tried this but did you plug the fans into the controller? I know if you plugged it to the motherboard you will not be able to sync it. Also I found that when I was on the software for the Riing fans I had to go and mess with them a little to get it all to work right. I am sure you may have already done this but thought it would be worth bringing up regardless.
Looks nice seems like a pretty balanced build overall and all the parts make sense to me based on the CPU and other corresponding parts you chose. The only negative thing is in the future if you do plan on playing more GPU intensive games you will need to do a complete rebuild as the CPU, GPU, and PSU might give you some issues as you may already be aware. However, most games nowadays you shouldn't have a problem with proper settings and with general schoolwork this should be enough. The RX 460 probably does a great job anyway with many popular games today. Do you have any issues with gaming on dual monitors with that setup?
Good work! looks like a good clean build and cable management is done well.
But... that rubberband work is on point lol
