atm the gtx 760 is for 200$ (https://pcpartpicker.com/part/asus-video-card-gtx760dc2oc2gd5), why not get one of these instead of the r9 280

Good build tho but why not go with the gtx 760 it is just 200$ now and if you wait till blackfriday or cybermonday which is next month you could get the gtx 760 at 150$ or less and maybe get a good cpu cooler like cooler master 212 evo :3

Unless you are Going to be streaming really serverly and rendering i7-4790k is not for gaming, try getting an "i5-4690K" acts as good as the i7 and then after u downgrade to i5-4690K you could get an gtx 980 :D everything else looks good :3
