Thanks I might add this in the future, it would be a cool upgrade. Although I might need to spend that money on storage as the 256 gb ssd won’t be enough soon.

I get above 60 FPS on Fortnite epic settings, but I run it at high settings. Usually I put a frame limit on it and run it at 120 FPS. It’s a great system for games like Fortnite, the 1050ti is powerful for what it is.

Thanks! I got this dell monitor for $120 at bestbuy! It is great. The 75hertz refresh rate is good enough for me.

Nice build! Do you think the Lg monitor is good enough to use alone as a casual gaming monitor?

The cable management looks awesome! I think you should’ve gone with a better cpu though.

Great build! At this price point I probably would’ve gone with Ryzen though. It seems nice on the intel side!

Great build! That montherboard looks nice for b350. I was aiming for that board but budget wouldn’t allow. Hopefully I can get it later. My build has a 1050ti with a ryzen 5 1600.

I overclocked it to 3.6 ghz as of now because I am using the stock cooler. Once I get an aio, I will try 3.9 or maybe even 4 ghz. With your aio, I think you can hit 3.8 or 3.9.

How's that aio working for you? I am planning to add one to my build as well. I have pretty similar specs. Not that I'm an expert or anything but I have just overclocked my 1600 so if you have any questions, feel free to ask! I was planning to get the NZXT kraken but it is becoming pretty common so I want to go with a different option.

Great build! I just built my first pc with very similar parts, specifically a ryzen 5 1600 paired with a gtx 1050ti as well. I am looking for a monitor at the moment as I am gaming on a dell monitor from 2008, could you provide me the model of your monitor. Thanks! For my build I get above 115 fps on fortnite at high settings with shadows at medium, my frame limit is 120 frames per second. Of course this is at 1440p by 900p because my monitor cannot do 1080p.

Hey Jnathanroy, I am new to overclocking so this might seem like a dumb question. Can I OC my 1600 to 3.6 GHz at the same voltage as it is stock or will I have to change the voltage. I know it is different for everyone but I just want to get an idea of how I could overclock the processor. I don’t want to do 3.9 or maybe even 4 GHz until I get something like the cryorig h7. Also do you have any suggestions for a decent 1080p monitor under $200? Thanks for the help!

Never too much RGB! Have those Corsair fans worked well for you? Right now for my build I am looking at the aigo aurora rgb fans.

Thanks for the advice, I probably will be going with these fans. For $30, they are nice.
